Done Being Underpaid
for women in marketing, comms and pr

Underpaid. Overworked. Done pretending it's fine.

You have the talent. But you're constantly settling for less than you're worth, all while overworking yourself.

Tell me what's going on. I'll build the fix.

Michele Dye

From someone who's been there

I've been embarrassingly underpaid. I've also fought my way out of it: tripling my salary by changing jobs, landing a 50 percent raise with one lateral move and eventually charging more per hour on my own than I ever made working for someone else.

After 25-plus years in marketing and PR, I know this story isn't unique. It's disturbingly common for women in our field.

That's why I started Done Being Underpaid, a support program to help women in marketing, PR and communications make more money without burning out.

It starts with knowing what your skills and experience are actually worth and learning how to get paid for it.

Your answers help me build exactly what you need most. I'm done being underpaid. Are you?
